Our mission

Fieldsmith builds software for the trades — landscaping, HVAC, pest control, and the small crews that keep neighborhoods running. We make invoicing easier and cut the hours owners lose every week to managing it, so getting paid stops being the hardest part of the job.

Small operators still run on outdated tools and paper: clipboards, spreadsheets, and three apps that don't talk to each other. Our vision is to replace that chaos with one place to run the work, send the invoice, and collect the payment — built for people who are on their phone between jobs, not behind a desk.

Founder

Mason Langford is the Founder of Fieldsmith. He started the company after seeing how much time small service businesses waste stitching together tools that weren't built for the field. Fieldsmith is his answer: practical software that respects how trades actually work and helps them get paid faster.
